What is TB Clan HQ?
TB Clan HQ tracks a Total Battle clan's chest contributions, events, donations and roster, and scores every member against the targets you set.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Your clan's numbers update on their own, every 4 hours or faster on a paid add-on.
What do I need to start?
A Discord account or an email address, and a spare game account that is a member of your clan.
Is it allowed by the game?
No. The game's terms don't allow automated tools, so the tracker account could be warned or banned. Use a spare account, never your main one, and read our Terms first.
Is my game password safe?
The tracker account's sign-in is stored encrypted, is never shown again, and is deleted when you remove the tracker.
How much does it cost?
Every clan gets 30 days free. After that the Small plan is $7.99 a month and the Large plan is $14.99 a month.
Can members help pay?
Yes. Any member can chip in toward the plan, and can hide their name from other members.
Who can see our clan's data?
Only people you invite, and anyone you give a share link to. Members view, officers also score and invite, owners manage everything.
Can I try it without setting anything up?
Yes. The demo clan shows every page with sample data.
What happens if we stop paying?
Updates stop, and everything already recorded stays readable.
Is it affiliated with the game?
No. It is an unofficial fan tool, not affiliated with Scorewarrior or Total Battle.
