Clan Portal is run by TB Clan HQ. It is an unofficial fan tool, not affiliated with the game's publisher. See also the Terms of use.
What is stored
- Your sign-in: an account id, your display name from Discord (first name only from Google), and your email address. Your email is used only to sign you in and is never shown to other members. Once you pick your in-game character, other members see that name instead.
- Portal access: which clans you can open, your portal role, and a log of access changes such as invites, role changes and removals.
- Game data about clan members: what the clan's tracker account can see in the game. This includes in-game names and ids, clan ranks, chest contributions, event and battle results, profile stats over time, and posts in the clan chats the portal follows. It covers every clan member, including players who never use the portal.
- Notes: notes owners and officers write about members, such as excused absences or having been contacted.
- The tracker's sign-in: if an owner sets up the tracker, its game email and password are stored encrypted, used only to sign in to the game, and deleted when the tracker is removed. They are never shown again, and never stored with the rest of the clan's data.
- Failed-run records: when a tracker run fails, an encrypted record of what the tracker account saw, including game messages, is kept so support can fix the problem. Only support can open it.
- Payments: card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We keep the plan, amounts paid, and who contributed. Contributions marked anonymous hide your name from members, but not from the owner.
Who can see it
People with access to the same clan in this portal. Owners and officers can also create read-only links that let anyone with the link, and its PIN if one is set, view the clan's pages until the link expires or is removed. There is no advertising, and no data is sold.
Your browser keeps your sign-in session in local storage. There are no tracking cookies. Stripe's payment pages use their own cookies.
Who processes it
Supabase (database, sign-in and API), Cloudflare (website), Fly.io (the tracker and its sign-in), Stripe (payments), and Discord or Google if you sign in with them. Data may be stored and processed outside your country, including in the United States.
How long it is kept
- Clan history is kept while the clan uses the portal, including for members who have left, so the record stays complete.
- Failed-run records: the newest 5, for 14 days at most, and deleted when the tracker is removed.
- Everything else until you or the clan owner ask for it to be deleted.
Your choices
Leave a clan with the Leave button under your name in the sidebar, or ask the clan owner. To see, correct, export or delete data about you, contact support. That includes players whose clan uses the portal but who have never signed in. We answer within 30 days.
Children
The portal is not for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age for online services where they live.
Changes
When this page changes, the date above changes. Significant changes are announced in the portal.
